摘要
目的:探讨康脑灵胶囊对痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力的影响;方法:复制大鼠VD模型,采用Y-型迷宫及跳台计数仪,定量测定学习记忆能力,分光光度法检测MAO、AchE含量,免疫组化法检测AchE、NGF表达;结果:康脑灵胶囊明显增强模型动物的学习记忆能力,降低MAO、AchE含量,提高AchE、NGF表达;结论:康脑灵胶囊明显改善VD大鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective:To study the effects of Kangnaoling capsule on learning and memory ability of VD rats.Methods:Duplicating VD animal model,Quantitating the learning and memory ability by using Y-maze and jumping stand,detecting contents of MAO and AchE through spectrophotometry,detecting expressions of AchE and NGF through immunohistochemical method.Results:Kangnaoling capsule can markedly enhance the ability AchE;Conclusions:Kangnaoling capsule can significantly improve the ability of learning and memory of VD rats.
