The efforts on technical retrofits and the achievements obtained by East China Grid Co. , Ltd. during the ＂Tenth Five-Year Plan＂ period are reviewed, emphasizing on the aspects of technical retrofits for hydroelectric power plants, improvement of health level for main equipment of the grid, promotion of high technology application and precision management. The general plan for technical retrofits of the Company during the ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂ is also introduced.
