摘要
分别采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法快速测定了日化产品中三氯生含量的质量浓度,并进行了工作曲线、精密度、回收率等实验的比较。结果表明,采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法,两种方法所得的结果无显著性差异,并与配方值相符。由于三氯生具有良好稳定性,前者测定方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,适宜大批样品测定;后者的实验方法样品分离效果好、干扰小、精密度好和准确度高。
This article reports two methods: ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography, which can quickly measure the content of triclosan using in daily chemical products. It also carries on experimental comparison on working curve, accuracy and yields. The results show that two methods were no significant difference, it is well fit for the calculate data. Due to the good stability of triclosan, the former determination is simple, fast, accurate, highly sensitive and suitable in large quantities of samples determination while the other can separate triclosan in experiment well with slight disturbance and the high accuracy.
