摘要
目的 考察25℃下6h内注射用呋布西林钠与10％葡萄糖、5％葡萄糖氟化钠、复方氟化钠、0．9%氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定0～6h内注射用呋布西林钠与4种输液配伍后的舍量变化，同时观察其紫外吸收光谱、外观、pH等变化。结果 25℃下6h内，注射用呋布西林钠分别与4种输液配伍后含量、紫外吸收光谱、外观、pH基本不变。结论 注射用呋布西林钠在6h内可与上述4种输液配伍使用。
OBJECTIVE To study the stability of compatibility of furbucilin sodium offor Injection in 10% Glueose, 5 % Glueose and Sodium Chloride, 0. 9% Sodium Chloride and Ringer＇s injection at 25℃ for 6 hours. METHODS the content of furbucilin sodium was determined by UV-spectrophotometry,and the apearance of the solution was observed and its pH value was determined. RESULTS No significant changes of appearance and content of the mixed solution had been observed vinthin six hours. CONCLUSION The mixture furbucilin sodium in four transfusion solutions can be used under above-mentioned conditions winthin six hours.
