摘要
井冈霉素是一种农用抗生素,自工业化生产30多年来,生产工业条件和技术没有大的改变,笔者总结从事近20年的井冈霉素生产实践工作,提出从菌种选育、发酵培养基、发酵染菌控制等进行工艺优化,为工业生产提供可靠的依据。
The production technique and process conditions of agricultural antibiotics Jinggangmeisu haven't been improved remarkably since industrialized production 30 years ago. The technological optimization of the strain screening, fermentation medium, the control of bacteria in fermentation process and so on was summarized based upon the author's almost 20 years' Jinggangmeisu factory practices, and provided reliable information for industry production of Jinggangmeisu.
