摘要
文章系统地阐述了晶体中电子运动的性质,绝缘体、导体和半导体的区别。在此基础上澄清了一些电子学教材中不明确的空穴概念。
In this paper,the properties of moving electrons in a crystal, the distinction among insulator, conductor and semiconductor, and the concept of holes are discussed systematically, clearly and deeply. So misunderstandings for holes in some electronic books can be clearified.
