摘要
通过应力分析说明造成瓷砖粘结砂浆粘结破坏的一个重要原因是不同材料间的变形不协调。指出减小粘结层的弹性模量,是减小内应力、避免粘结破坏的有效途经。试验证明,通过在砂浆中添加聚合物和橡胶粉的方法,可以在保证一定粘结强度的前提下,较大幅度地降低弹性模量。
Stress analysis indicates that an important reason of destroy cementing of ceramic tile mortar is disaceord distortion of different materials.Decreasing the elastic modulus of adhesive layer is an efficient way to reduce internal stress and to avoid destroys of cementing.The experiments prove that adding polymer and rubber powder into the mortar can greatly reduce the elastic modulus prerequisite to a certain bonding strength.
