摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特联合低剂量吸入型皮质激素治疗轻中度哮喘患者的疗效。方法70例患者在吸入低剂量皮质激素治疗的基础上随机分为加孟鲁司特的实验组和不加孟鲁司特的对照组,比较两组间的治疗效果。结果接受孟鲁司特治疗的患者的哮喘发作次数以及使用β2受体激动剂的次数低于单用激素常规治疗的患者。结论孟鲁司特联合低剂量吸入型皮质激素比单用激素控制哮喘的效果好。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Montelukast together with low dose inhaled corticosteroids on patients with mild and moderate asthma. Methods 70 patients with mild and moderate asthma were randomized to receive low dose inhaled corticosteroids with montelukast or not. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Patients received montelukast exhibited the decreased frequency of asthma attack and the utilization of β2 receptor agonist. Conclusion Combination therapy of montelukast and low dose inhaled corticosteroids is better than inhaled corticosteroids alone to control the asthma.
