摘要
二年生杜种实生苗在不同土壤干旱条件下的盆栽试验结果表明,杜仲对土壤水分胁迫有很强的适应能力.这种适应能力通过三种调节过程实现,即通过叶片水分饱和亏缺和K+含量的反馈控制实现的气孔运动的调节;通过脯氨酸积累实现的渗透调节,以及通过活性氧清除剂(如过氧化物酶)活性变化实现的对自由基平衡的调节.
The pot culture experiment of two years old Eucommia ulmoides seeded in different soil water stress shows that Eucommia ulmoides Oilv. has good adaptability. Such. adaptability has reached through three regulation proceedes. Stomatamotion regulation is reached through feedback control of leaf blade water content saturation deficit and K+ conent. Permeability regulation is reached through the accumulation of proline. Regulation of free radical balance is reached through the active change of the active oxygen scavenger (e. g. peroxidase).
