摘要 基于B&R2005系列可编程计算机控制器(PCC)设计了一种水轮机组现地控制系统。系统以具有高速数据处理能力和强通信能力的PCC为控制核心,采用ANSIC语言编写控制程序,基于最小二乘法对机组模拟量进行滤波,实现机组的开停机控制、模拟量采集、故障报警等功能,同时,基于帧驱动器实现控制系统同各种智能设备以及上位机的数据通信,以将各监控单元采集到的数据经过处理送到上位机监控系统以及人机界面,实现了系统的远程与现地监控。同时,介绍了系统结构及软件设计方案。该监控系统已在实际中应用,性能可靠稳定,验证了方案的可行性。 A hydraulic generator local control system is designed based on B & R 2003 series PCC (Programmable Computer Controller). The PCC,which has high processing ability and strong communication capability,is adopted as the control core. The control program is developed with ANSI C,and the analog variables are filtered by the least square method. Functions of start-stop control,analog variable acqulsition,fault alarm and so on are realized. Communications between control system and kinds of intelligent devices or computer is implemented by frame drlver,thus the data from monitored units are processed and transferred to the superordinate supervision system and human-machine interface for both remote and local control. The system structure and software design are introduced. The reliable application in practice verifies its feasibility.
