摘要
目的:了解基层医生对全球哮喘防治简易方案的落实情况。方法:以问卷形式对参加“乡村医生培训班”的儿内科医生进行问卷调查。结果:基层医生尚未全面了解G INA方案,特别对吸入激素存在一定的不足与误区,进修过的医生对G INA的了解明显高于未外出学习人员,存在明显差异,P<0.01。结论:有必要进一步推广G INA方案在哮喘治疗与长期预防中的主导地位,强化基层医生对哮喘治疗的全面了解,定期举办“乡村医生培训班”等继续教育不失为1种行之有效的方法。
Objective： The implementing of Global Initiative for Asthma （GINA） in grass - roots doctors. Methods： Doctors in Internal Medicine Department of Pediatrics attended ＂ countryside doctor training class＂ were surveyed by questionnaire form. Results： The grass - roots doctors had not yet completely understood GINA projects, especially proper hormone inhalation on which the doctors had some lackage and mistake, the doctors attended training class understood GIN better obviously than those having not attend training class （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： There is necessary to further expansion of GINA as leading position in treatment and prevention of asthma and strengthen the their comprehensive understanding on GINA. Holding＂ countryside doctor training class＂ regularly is an effective and feasible way.
