摘要
目的评价关节镜下应用空心针带无损伤缝线治疗半月板损伤的近期疗效。方法2002年4月～2004年12月，关节镜下采用空心针带无损伤缝线缝合固定18例18侧半月板损伤。结果所有病例术后均无早期并发症发生。全部患者均获得随访，随访时间6—14个月，平均9．2个月。随访时所有患者膝关节稳定，无疼痛、绞锁等症状。结论空心针带无损伤缝线治疗半月板损伤近期疗效较好，是一种简便快捷、安全有效的半月板缝合方法。对于半月板损伤，如撕裂类型和部位适当，可选择空心针带无损伤缝线技术固定半月板。
Objective To assess the short - term effect of atraumatic suture with hollow needle to repair meniscal injury arthroscopically. Methods From April 2002 to December 2002, meniscal tears in 18 cases were repaired by using atraumatic suture with hollow needle under arthroscopy. Results There were no complications in early postoperative period for the patients. All cases were followed - up postoperatively ranging from 6 to 14 months （ mean, 9. 2 months）. The knee joints in all patients were clinically stable and asymptomatic at final follow - up. Conchusion The use of atraumatic suture with hollow needle is a simple, safe and reliable method for repairing properly selected meniscal tears.
