摘要
选用OV-1毛细管色谱柱及氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),采用二阶程序升温,建立了测定碳酸二甲酯(DMC)含量的气相色谱法.当DMC的含量为0.08~2.56mg/L时,DMC的峰面积与DMC的含量有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=13.539X-0.421,相关系数r=0.9997.对实际样品进行测定,加标回收率为96.0%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为0.58%~1.15%.方法适用于DMC的含量分析。
A method for the determnation of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) by GC was set up using OV - 1 capillary column , hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID) and two step temperature programming. When the volume fraction of DMC is 0. 008%~0. 256% ,the peak area of DMC is linear with the volume fraction of DMC. The linear regression equation is Y = 13. 539X - 0.421, the correlative coefficient is 0.9997, the recovery is 96.0%~99.6% ,the relative standard deviation is 0.58%~1.15%. The method is suitable for the quantitative analysis of DMC.
