在改良的落叶松硫酸盐蒸煮前,用硫化钠水溶液进行预处理木片。结果表明,预处理明显地改善了脱束素的选择性。在维持良好浆料物理强度的情况下,蒸煮可进行到更低的kappa值。对影响改进改良硫酸盐蒸煮脱木素选择性和得率的因素进行了讨论。
The effect of pretreatment of the Larch chips with a sodium sulfide solution (concentration 15 and 30g/1) was studied in the case of a modified bra fi cooking. The result indicates that after the pretreatment heated up to 160℃ the pulp has a significantly higher viscosity at a given kappa number than a modified kraft reference. This shows that the improved modified kraft cooking can be extended to an even lower kappa number without sacrificing pulp strength if the chips are subjected to pretreatment with a sodium sulfide solution.
