摘要
总结了脊髓栓系综合征患儿的围手术期护理要点。术前做好患儿及其家长心理护理,消除忧虑,帮助患儿练习卧位和清洁皮肤。术后监测生命体征,保持适当体位,密切观察伤口情况和康复训练。认为做好脊髓栓系综合征患儿的护理,增强家长的治疗信心,加强病情观察,及早发现并发症,采取相应措施,最大限度地恢复脊髓神经功能,提高患儿的生存质量。
The authors concluded the nursing key points in caring 21 infant patients with tethered cord syndrome, includingpreoperative mental care for the infants and their families to relieve their worries, helping the children to exercise lying position andclean skin, postoperative monitoring of vital signs, keeping suitable lying position, close observation of the incisions and recoveringexercises. It is argued that the improvement of their living quality lies in tender care, fortifying their family＇s confidence in treatment,intensifying observation of diseases, early identification of complications and carrying out corresponding measures and maximizing therecovery of the spinal nerve function.
