摘要
目的筛选对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)敏感的中草药,供临床治疗参考。方法选取18种中草药,制备成相当于原生药0．5 g/mL 的药液,采用管碟法作MRSA的敏感试验。结果抑菌环直径大于盐酸去甲万古霉素的中草药依次为诃子、丹皮、黄连、白芍、九节茶、夏枯草、厚朴、黄芩、大青叶。结论 18种具有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌作用的中草药中,有9种对MRSA敏感。
Objective To find some Chinese herbage medicines which are sensitive against MRSA to provide some effective medicines for treating MRS infection. Methods 18 Chinese herbage medicines were decocted respectively at the rate of 0. 5 g ： 1 mL, and then the sensitivity of these decoctions against MRSA was tested with agar diffusion method. Results The Chinese herbage medicines whose inhibitory ring was larger than that of norvancomycin hydrochloride were Fructus Chebulae, Cortex Moutan, Rhizom a Coptidis, Radix paeoniae alba, Herba Sarcandrae, Spica Prunellae, Cortex Magnoliae officinalis, Radix Scutellariae and Folium Isatidis in turn. Conclusion 9 Chinese herbage medicines are sensitive to MRSA.
