摘要
病案管理,是医院医疗质量管理中的重要组成部分。本文介绍了我院多年来,举办病案书写岗前培训工作的具体操作方法及体会。使参加学习班的临床医师充分认识到病案是法律文书的重要性,端正态度,认真书写好每份病案,保证医疗质量。
Medical record management is an important part of quality management in a hospital. The article introduces the experiences about running pre-job training course of the documentation of the Medical Record in our hospital for years. We want that the clinical physicians in the courses recognize that the importance of the medieal record in lawsuits, and they should write every medieal record with good attitude and diligence.
