摘要
采用显式动力学算法对装甲材料侵彻试验的过程进行数值仿真研究。介绍了冲击动力学的基本理论,对侵彻试验中装甲材料的破坏进行了数值模拟,校核了试验靶架的强度,仿真结果和试验值进行了比较。研究结果表明,装甲材料侵彻试验过程的数值仿真是有效可行的。与侵彻试验相比,数值仿真具有可重复性好、周期短、成本低的优点,对物理试验具有重要指导意义。
Simulation of penetration test of armoured plate is presented by explicit dynamics algorifhm. Based on theory of impact dynamics, the process of penetration test is simulated and the strength of supporting frame is checked. It is proved that contact algorithm of LS-DYNA is reliable. With lower cost, shorter period and better repeatability, numerical simulation is helpful to physical test.
