摘要
高校教师的教学质量是影响高校教育质量的最直接的决定因素之一。开展教师教学质量评价是当前各高校备受关注的一项工作。但在教师教学质量评价实践中,却在评价目的、评价内容、评价过程和评价结果应用等多方面存在矛盾。正确认识并化解和消除这些矛盾,是科学高效地开展教师教学质量评价的基础。
Teaching quality in college is one of the key factors affecting education quality. The implementation of teaching quality evaluation attract much attention in colleges. But in practice, there exists many contradictions in evaluation aim, content, process and results. Therefore, how to solve these problems is a basis on which the teaching evaluation is scientifically implemented.
