摘要
利用超声波的“空化”及搅拌作用消除膜分离过程中产生的浓差极化及凝胶层;探讨了超声波消除膜污染的作用机理;通过实验证明膜电解法处理造纸黑液中超声波可以有效地控制膜污染,减少耗电量;实验表明超声间歇作用更为经济合理。
In this paper utilization of the cavity and agitation produced by ultrasonic sound (US) to eliminate theconcentration difference polarization and gelatinous layer from the surface of membrane was introduced. The mechanismof clearing up the membrane contamination by US was discussed. Control of elimination efficiency of membrane contam-ination and reduction of the electricity consumption in treatment of pulp black liquor were obtained. Application of US intermittently is reasonable and economical as compared with continuous application.
