摘要
针对LF合金成分预报问题,采用参考炉次法建立了终点成分预报模型.并编制出了应用软件。从程序运行结果来看,根据钢种成分要求预报终点成分,其中碳、锰和硅的达到100%,而铝达到98%,本模型的开发对现场应用具有一定的应用前景.
A terminal composition prediction model of steel using reference heat method was established aiming to the alloys composition prediction of Ladle Furnace, and the application software was also developed. The running results of the modal show that, within the composition rang of various steel grades, the accuracy of predication of carbon, manganese and silicon contents can reach 100%, while that of aluminum can reach 98%. The development of this model has some direction significance and wide application field.
