摘要
目的:观察甲氨喋呤(MTX)联合米非司酮连续用药保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效及安全性。方法:对我院收治的符合异位妊娠保守治疗条件的68例患者采用MTX联合米非司酮连续5日用药保守治疗。结果:治愈66例(97.06%)。临床症状消失时间9.25±3.14 d;血HCG恢复正常时间14.14±3.25d;B超:妊娠“包块”消失时间是120.63±20.27 d。结论:MTX联合米非司酮用于异位妊娠的保守治疗高效、安全。
Objective： To observe the curative effect and security of continue application of mifepristone combined with MTX on ectopic gestation . Methods： A total 68 ectopic gestation patients were selected. A treatment by mifepristone combined with MTX were given to them in a series of 5 days. Results： Among the 68 patients, 66 were cured（97% ）. The time for the disappearing of the clinic symptom was 9.25 ±3.14 days. Blood HCG returned to the normal level within 14. 14 ±3.25 days. The lump disappearing by B - ultrasonograpby was 120.63±20.27 days. Conclusion： The combine application of mifepristone and MTX on ectopic gestation is safe and effective.
