聚酰亚胺/无机纳米复合材料的制备、结构与性能 被引量:7

PREPARATION,STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF POLYAMIDE /MINERAL NANOCOMPOSITE

摘要 综述了国内外聚酰亚胺(PI)/无机纳米复合材料的最新研究进展,重点阐述PI/无机纳米复合材料的制备、结构、性能及应用,并展望了它的发展趋势。列举了几种常用无机纳米粉体的特性,介绍了PI/无机纳米复合材料的3种制备方法,即溶胶-凝胶法、插层复合法、直接分散法。 Recent progress of the polyamide/mineral nano-compsites was introduced. The development on the preparation, structure, properties and potential applications of polyamide/mineral nano-composites was reviewed emphatically, and the development trend of polyamide/mineral nano-composite was predicted. The characteristics of several nano-particles in common use were enumerated, and three preparation methods such as sol-gel method, intercalation method and dispersion method of polyamide/mineral nano-composite were introduced. As the dispersibility of nano-partieles in polyamide/mineral nano-composite was good, a new net structure was formed in the polymer metirx. Nano-particles altered the properties of polyamide hybrid material such as mechanical property, thermal property and melt flowability. The properties of the material were modified obviously by adding interpose ingredient.
