摘要
本文论述了牛乳κ-酪蛋白酶促水解产物和乳脂肪球膜基质的生理活性。研究指出,牛乳具有多种保健功能,是人类的天然保健食品。
In this paper,the physiological activities of the enzymatic K-casein hydrolysates and the milkfat globle membrane substances were reviewed.It was shown that cow milk has many healthy functions.The milk is a natural healthy food of the publics.
