摘要
为了解决传统的车间控制系统所存在的内部紧密耦合、结构呈刚性和灵敏性和系统工作效率较差等问题,文章构建了一种基于Agent技术的车间控制系统模型,按照车间控制系统的常规功能需求以及现代车间控制系统的自组织、自协调以及全局优化的需求,定义了8类Agent,并详细描述它们之间交互的过程,定义Agent的核心结构。最后模拟了一个由自动导引无轨小车、工件缓冲托盘站和加工机床组成的车间控制系统运行环境,对该模型进行了仿真验证。
In order to solve close coupling, structural rigidity , sensitivity and working efficiency getting poor which are existed in the traditional workshop control system, this text structures a kind of control system model of workshop based on Agent technology, according to the routine functions needed, and the functions of organizing by oneself, coordinating by oneself and the overall situation optimizing for the modem workshop control system, the paper has defined 8 kinds of Agents, and describes the mutual course between them in detail, and defines the key structure of the agent.Last the paper imitates a workshop control system running environment consisted of the AGV, buffers and machines, to carry on emulation to verify to this model.
