摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对经2,4-二硝基氟苯衍生化后的氨基酸有效分离,外标法测定了发酵虫草菌粉中各种氨基酸含量,结果表明该法操作简便、结果良好;发酵虫草菌粉含有丰富的氨基酸,氨基酸总量高达37％。
The analysis of amino acids in fermental Cordyoeps Siaensis powder by HPLC Method is simple , fast and reliable. The contents of sixteen amino acids except for tryptophan and cystiine were measured. The results showed that fermental Cardyceps Smeitsis powder has high amino acids contents.
