摘要
显性知识仅代表知识整体的冰山一顶,而隐性知识则占据冰山大部。研究隐性知识对企业的发展和企业核心竞争力的增强有重大的促进作用。文章从知识分类研究中的隐性知识、隐性知识的阐释、隐性知识的学习和创新、隐性知识的传播和转移、项目团队中的隐性知识等几个方面对前人的研究成果进行综述。
While explicit knowledge is only the top of iceberg, tacit knowledge constitutes themost parts of iceberg. Compared with explicit knowledge, tacit knowledge is more concrete and more abundant. The research on tacit knowledge will facilitate the corporation's development and build up the corporation's core competition. The article will review the literatures on tacit knowledge in knowledge classification, explanation of tacit knowledge, learning, innovation and transition of tacit knowledge, tacit knowledge in project team.
