摘要
对目前我国建筑施工企业面临的风险进行了分析,并提出了防范对策,即除了回避风险、分散风险、控制风险损失和预留风险费用等常用的风险防范措施外,还应该采取利用法律的保护作用、实施全面风险管理、加强与各合作方的联合以及提高自身竞争能力等手段来防范和化解风险。
This paper analyzes on the risks faced by our country＇s construction enterprises, and puts forward some preventive measures, in addition to the common measures for preventing the risks such as avoiding the risks, dispersing the risks, controlling the loss of the risks, and reserved risk fund, etc., the others for preventing and solving the risks should be adopted including making full use of the protective function of the laws, carrying out the all-round risk management, strengthening the cooperation with each cooperative part, and increasing selves＇ competitive power, etc.
