摘要
本文讨论应用大掺量粉煤灰水泥的技术经济意义、当前应用粉煤灰作水泥掺料所存在的问题以及解决这些问题的途径。作者采用复合外加剂的方法,解决了大掺量粉煤灰水泥早期强度低的弱点。在粉煤灰掺量达40~60%时,水泥标号达到325、425及425R的水平,后期强度发展极佳,一年龄期的抗压强度可提高2~4个标号。
The technical and economical significance of using cement with the addition of a large amount of fly -ash,the existing problems in using fly-ash as cement additive and the ways to solve these problems are discussed in this papcr,By using a compound admixture,the author has solvcd the problem of low early strength of this cement.When the fly-ash addition in the cement is up to 40% - 60%,the cement mark can reach the levels of 325,425 and 425R,the development of thc strength at late stage is excellent and the compressive strength at 1 year can be increased by 2 - 4 marks.
