摘要
海洋资源的开发与利用、海洋环境的保护已成为世界各国普遍关注的问题。介绍了高新技术在海洋开采中的应用,并指出海洋生物采矿技术将是最有前景的高新技术领域之一。分析了海洋矿产资源的开发所带来一系列的环境危害问题,为了避免深海采矿对海洋生态环境的影响,提出了具体的建议。
The exploitation ＆ utilization of oceanic resources and the protection of oceanic environment are issues attracting attention from countries over the world. High ＆ new technologies used in ocean mining are introduced. Among these technologies, the biological mining will have bright future in application. A series of environmental deteriorations caused by exploitation of oceanic mineral resources are analyzed, To avoid these deteriorations, some precautions are recommended.
