基于CompactPCI测试平台的管道煤气监控系统的设计

摘要 针对城市管道煤气输送的安全性和实时性的要求,设计了管道煤气监控系统,提出了采用负压力波法实时监测管道煤气输送网的压力,控制采用变频技术以及闭环控制的方式实时控制煤气的流量的技术方案;为了使煤气输送流量和压力稳定,系统设计采用先进的基于CompactPCI控制器;大量的实验和现场运行结果说明系统运行效果良好,设计的系统方便,可靠,稳定性较好。 In order to meet requires of security and real time monitoring of city gas pipeline, the gas pipes monitoring system is designed. This paper presents the way of negative pressure wave in measuring the pressure of gas transporting pipeline nets and the technology of frequency conversion and closed loop in controlling gas flux. Advanced controller based on CompactPCI is employed in the system, which makes gas flux and pressure steady in the process of transportation. Experiment and field operating show that the designed system is stable and credible and its control performance is good.
