甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病合并肝损害39例分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的了解甲亢住院病人中甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病（简称甲亢心）及其合并肝损害的发病情况。方法采用回顾性分析方法，2003年1月-2004年6月间在我院内分泌科住院的176例甲亢患者进行分析总结。结果在此期间住院的176甲亢患者中合并甲亢心的58例，占同期甲亢住院患者的32．9％，其中合并肝损害者39例，占同期甲亢心的67．2％。结论有2／3的甲亢心患者存在着肝损害，病程长、年龄大、病情重的甲亢心患者更易合并肝损害。
