摘要
通过单因素实验和正交试验,得出了自制环氧化合物TDEA进行羊毛防毡缩整理的最佳工艺为环氧化合物浓度6%,KSCN浓度0.5%,pH值5,预烘70℃×5 min,焙烘130℃×1.5 min。比较了整理前后羊毛的面积毡缩率、强力保留率、白度及抗弯长度。实验发现整理后织物毡缩率由原来的19%下降到2.5%;强力保留率在90%以上;白度及抗弯长度变化较小,整理后织物手感较好,达到了国际羊毛局“机可洗”标准。
By the single and orthogonal experiments, the optimal process conditions of wool finishing with self-made epoxy compounds TDEA was determined as follow:the concentration of TDEA 6% ,kscn 0.5% ,pH 5,drying 70 ℃ ,5 minutes,curing 130 ℃ ,5 minntes.h found that the area felting shrinkage of the treated fabric was depressed to 2.5 % from 19%, and the dementary dyeing rate and exhaustion percentage were enhanced through comparing the original wool fabric with the one finished with TDEA.
