对二甲苯氧化装置生产调优

Operation Simulation and Optimization of PX Oxidation Reactor

摘要 利用PSO法在对二甲苯(PX)氧化装置上进行生产调优。调优工作建立在充分的机理分析基础上,所建模型能较准确地描述工业装置运行状况,PSO法对该系统生产操作存在问题的分析判断较为准确,调优方案切实可行,经工厂实施,可获年效益508万元。 By using the plant simulation and optimization method, the research on operation similation and optimization of PX oxidation process has been achieved. Based on a relatively complete analysis of the mechanism of the oxidation process, a fairly precise matomatical model has been established. An accurate judgement on the present problems of the process operation has been given, a program of evolutionary operation has been proved practicable, and a profit of 5.08 millon yuan per year has been gained after being carried into practice.
