摘要
通过对沟通有关的4个基本要素(护士、病人及家属、沟通方法、内容)所构成的6种关系(护士与病人、护士与沟通内容、护士与沟通方法、病人与沟通方法、病人与沟通内容、沟通内容与沟通方法)的运筹和把握,阐明了和谐沟通法的重要性,提出了和谐沟通法是优化护患关系、减少医疗纠纷发生必不可少的重要手段。
This paper introduced the importance and method of harmonious communication in clinical nursing from the perspective of the fiur tasic elements of communication （nurse,patient and the tamily,communication means and contents） and the six relationships （nursc and patient, nursc and content of communication,nurse and means of communication,patient and means of communication,patient and content of communieation,cuntent and means of communication）, The author indicated that harmonious communication was one of the essential means to harmonize nurse- patient relationship and reduce medical disputes.
