摘要
为制得具有良好导电性的铜-环氧导电涂料,考虑加入了一种复合单烷氧脂肪酸型钛酸酯偶联刑,并对偶联剂的用量及其在涂料中的作用进行了研究。结果表明,偶联剂的最佳用量为1.0%~3.5%,在涂料中起到了良好的润湿、分散及防氧化作用,因而制得的涂料具有良好的导电性和导电稳定性。
To produce good conductive copper-epoxy paint, a new kind of coupling agent of organic titanate is added, and it's using and effect is studied. The result shows that the best using is 1.0% -3.5%, suitable coupling agent of organic titanate in copper-epoxy conductive paint has exellent dispersion, soak and antixidation effects. The paints have good conductivity and stability.
