城市经营是城市经营主体利用市场机制对城市资源进行整合,以期实现资源配置最优化的过程。在市场经济条件下,针对城市经营中存在的各种误区和问题,政府应着重从城市软环境构建、城市规划、城市制度安排和城市形象包装等四个方面来加强其职能作用,最终达到经营城市的最佳效果。
It is the urban management mainstay that utilizes the market mechanism to combine urban resources, in the hope of realizing the course optimized most in resource distribution. Under the market economy, to various kinds of mistaken ideas existing while managing in the city, the government should focus on soft environment construction, urban planning, and urban system to strengthen its function and reach the best result of urban management.
