摘要
在外环流反应器中,研究了空气-水体系在不同的分离箱高度和不同的管径比(Dr/Dd)时,上升管内气含率与循环液速随操作气速的变化关系,结果表明,气含率与分高箱高度无关,循环液速随分离箱高度的增加而增大;管径比越大,上升管气含率越高;而且存在一个最佳管径比使循环液速达到最大值.
The variations of gas holdup in riser and liquid circulation velocity with the heighth of a gas-liquid seperator (HGLS)and the ratio of riser to downcomer diameter are studied for the system of air-water in external loop reactor.Gas holdup in riser is independent of HGLS and liquid circulation velocity decrease with decrease in HGLS,the bigger the ratio of riser to downcomer diameter,the higher the gas holdup in riser .Liquid circulation rate will have the biggest value as ratio is the most approprite value.
