活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸催化合成乙酸对甲酚酯 被引量:2

Catalytic synthesis of p-cresylic acetate with p-toluene sulphonic acid supported on active carbon

摘要 以乙酸和对甲苯酚为原料,采用活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂合成乙酸对甲酚酯。考察了影响反应的因素,实验结果表明酯化反应的最佳条件:乙酸、对甲苯酚、活性碳负载对甲苯磺酸的摩尔比为1:2;0.064,反应温度在130~150℃,反应时间30min,产率可达95.879,5。 P-cresylic acetate was synthesized with acetic acid and p-cresol as raw materils using p-toluene sulphonic acid supported on active carbon as catalyst. The factors of influencing reaction were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the optimum conditions of esterification reaction are:the molar ratio of acetic acid and p cresol and p-toluene sulphonic acid supported on active carbon is 1 : 2 : 0. 064, the reaction temperature is 130-150℃,the reaction time is 30min,and the yield up to 95.87%.
