雄激素全阻断在前列腺癌治疗中的应用
摘要
目的了解雄激素全阻断方法在前列腺癌治疗中的作用。方法睾丸切除加氟他胺治疗C、D期前列腺癌患者29例,应用(LHRH-A)加氟他胺治疗3例。结果雄激素全阻断疗法在降低PSA及缩小前列腺体积上有显著疗效。结论在前列腺癌的治疗中,雄激素全阻断治疗疗效好。
