摘要
从云南省芒市产臭灵丹［ＬａｇｇｅｒａＰｔｅｒｏｄｏｎｔａ（ＤＣ）Ｂｅｎｔｈ］中，分离得到４个新的桉烷型倍半萜酸，结构鉴定为５，１２－二烯－桉烷－１３－酸（１）；１β－羟基－５，１２－二烯－桉烷－１３－酸（２）；３β－羟基－５，１２－二烯－桉烷－１３－酸（３）；２α，３β－二羟基－５，１２－二烯－桉烷－１３－酸（４）。并依次命名为臭灵丹酸（Ｐｔｅｒｏｄｏｎｔｉｃａｃｉｄ）（１）；１β－羟基－臭灵丹酸（１β－ｈｙｄｒｏｘｙＰｔｅｒｏｄｏｎｔｉｃａｃｉｄ）（２）；３β－羟基－臭灵丹酸（３β－ｈｙｄｒｏｘｙＰｔｅｒｏｄｏｎｔｉｃａｃｉｄ）（３）和２α，３β－二羟基－臭灵丹酸（２α，３β－ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙＰｔｅｒｏｄｏｎｔｉｃａｃｉｄ）（４）。
In a previous paper,we reported the isolation and structure elucidation of threeeudesmane sesquiterpenoids from Laggera Pterodenta.As a continuation of the studies on thebiologically active constituents of this plant, we have got another four new eudesmanesesquiterpenoids from it. By spectral evidences,their structures are elucidated as 5,12-dieneeudesmane 13- cio acid(l), 1β- hydroxy - 5, 12 - diene eudesmane 13 - cio acid (2)3β-hydroxyams,12 diene eudesmane 13-cio acid(3) and 2α,3β-dihydroxy-5,12-diene eudesmane13- cio acid(4). They are named as Pterodontic acid(1); 1β-hydroxy Pterodontic acid(2);3β-hydroxy Pterodontic acid(3) and 2α,3β-dihtdroxy Pterodontic acid(4).
