摘要
目的调查江门市新会区某些机关、事业单位人群的血脂和血糖状况。方法随机抽取团体体检并有血脂和血糖检测项目的3个机关与事业单位职工作为调查对象,并设1个正常对照组,在组间比较其血脂和血糖水平。结果医务组的TC、TG、TC+TG和Glu,工商组的TC、TG和Glu,财政组的TG和TC+TG,其增高检出率均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);医务组、工商组和财政组的TC等多项指标的检测均数均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);这些血脂和血糖水平在3个调查组之间亦有不同程度的差别。结论新会区机关和事业单位人群的高血脂和高血糖检出率比较高。
Objective To investigate the levels of blood fipid and blood glucose in 3 selected populations of workers in Xinhui area. Methods Staffs from 3 different organizations were randomly selected in this study. The levels of their blood lipid and blood glucose were measured. The results were compared with a normal control group. The levels of blood lipid and glucose were also compared between groups. Results The TC, TG, TC ＋TG, and Glu of the medical group, the TC, TG, and Glu of the industrial-commercial group, the TG and TC＋TG of the financial group were higher than the control group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. All of the indices in the medical group,the industrialcommercial group and the financial group were higher than the control group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. The levels of the blood lipid and glucose were different in these 3 groups of workers. Conclusion An elevated level of the blood lipid and blood glucose was observed in people working in the 3 selected organizations in Xinhui area.
