摘要
以Al(NO3)3·9H2O、氨水和纳米铝粉为原料,采用液相沉淀包裹法和常压烧结制备出柱状晶结构Al2O3/Al陶瓷材料。利用X射线衍射、透射电镜、热重一差示扫描量热法和Zeta电位仪分析了复合粉体的成分、形貌和性能特征;利用扫描电镜分析了Al2O3/Al复合陶瓷的微观结构。结果表明:pH值调整到6左右有利于获得细柱状结构的前驱体Al(OH)3凝胶。添加纳米Al籽晶可以降低Al2O3的相转变温度,同时,添加的纳米Al粉高温熔化后对柱状晶的形成起促进作用,经1500℃烧结后Al2O3/Al复合陶瓷的中柱状晶直径为1μm,长径比为5~8,柱状晶比例约为80%左右。
Al2O3/Al ceramics with rod-like grains were prepared by precipitation method and pressureless sintering and using Al (NO3)3· 9H2 O, ammonia and nanosize aluminum as raw materials. Constitutes, micros tructure and properties of the Al2 O3/ Al ceramic composites powder were determined by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, thermogravimetricdifferential scanning calorimetry and zeta potential measurement. The microstructure of Al2O3/Al ceramics was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that thin rod-like Al(OH)3 gels can be obtained propitiously when the pH value is about 6. The transition temperature of Al2O3 can be decreased by adding nanometer aluminum particles as seeds. At the same time the nanometer aluminum powder melted at high temperature can promote the anisotropic growth of the rod-like grains. The diameter of the rod-like grains in Al2O3/Al ceramics is about 1μm and the ratio of the length to the diameter is about 5--8. The morphology of the Al2O3/Al ceramics has 80% rod-like grains.
