摘要
获得亚硝酸盐的积累,可以从温度、pH、氨和溶解氧等多方面进行控制。亚硝酸盐积累最佳的温度为30~ 36℃;最佳pH控制在7.0~8.5。合适浓度的FA有助于亚硝酸盐的积累,但是,由于硝酸菌能够对FA产生的抑制作用逐渐适应,单纯靠增加FA浓度来实现硝酸盐的积累是不稳定的。一般认为控制亚硝酸盐积累的最佳的溶解氧浓度在1.0~1.5mg/L,而运行的高低DO浓度也有利于亚硝酸盐的积累。
Nitrite accumulation can be controlled by temperature, pH, ammonium, dissolved oxygen, etc. The optimal temperature is 30 - 36℃, and the optimal pH is 7.0 - 8.5. Suitable concentration of FA will be good for nitrite accumulation. However , as nitrobacteria can gradually adapt the inhibition caused by FA, however, it is not stable enough to achieve nitrite accumulation merely depending on the increase of FA concentration. Gen- erally, the optimal dissolved oxygen concentration for nitrite accumulation should be controlled in 1.0 - 1.5mg/ L, while alternating the concentration also can achieve it.
