摘要
目的:探讨脑电图(EEG)和脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)在脑瘫儿早期诊断中的作用。方法:通过对39例脑瘫儿EEG、BAEP检测结果的分析,了解EEG、BAEP检测在脑瘫儿早期诊断中的意义。结果:EEG正常14例(35.9%),异常25例(64.1%)。BAEP正常8例(20.5%),异常31例(79.5%)。结论:BAEP异常率较EEG异常率高,说明BAEP对脑瘫儿早期诊断,估计预后,指导治疗均有一定的临床意义。
Objective： To explore effect of EEG and BAEP in early diagnosis of children with cerebral palsy. Methods： The EEG and BAEP were detected in 39 cases with cerebral palsy. Results： Norreal EEG was 14 cases （35.9%） ,abnormal was 25 cases （64. 1% ） ,normal BAEP was 8 case （20. 5% ）, abnormal was 31 cases （79.5%） . Conclusions： The abnormal rate of BAEP is higher than that of EEG. It shows that BAEP has some clinical significance in the early diagnosis, estimating prognosis and directing treatment of children with cerebral palsy.
