摘要
目的观察针灸治疗肥胖病并发月经过少的疗效。方法将63例肥胖病并发月经过少患者依据辨证分型采用耳体针结合施治,观察针灸治疗前后患者的症状、体征、激素水平变化。结果针灸治疗10星期后,患者总有效率为90.48%,其中82.48%为痊愈。结论针灸具有减肥和行经的双重作用。
Projective To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture-moxibustion on obesity-associated oligomenorrhea. Methods Sixty patients with obesity-associated oligomenorrhea were treated with combined ear and body acupuncture according to classification based on symdrome differentiation. Changes in symptoms, signs and hormone level were observed after acupuncture-moxibustion treatment. Results The total efficacy rate and recovery rate were 90.48% and 82.48%, respectively, in the patients after 10 weeks＇ acupuncture-moxibustion treatment. Conclusion A cupuncture-moxibustion treatment has a dual effects of reducing weight and helping menstruation.
