简述工程承包商索赔风险评价的重要性，提出模糊综合评判和层次分析法相结合的工程索赔风险综合评价模型，并进行工程实例分析，从而提高工程索赔成功率。
It presents the importance of risks evaluation about construction claims; gives an evaluation model which fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process combined, and applies the model to one example. So as to improve succed probability of construction claims.
