摘要
目的测定百草枯对小鼠的半数致死量（half lethal dose，LD50）。方法60只小鼠随机分为6组。每组10只，雌雄各半。给小鼠灌服不同浓度的百草枯溶液，观察小鼠的中毒症状；采用概率单位法计算百草枯的LD50值及其95％的可信限。结果给药后不同时间内，小鼠出现自由活动减少，濒死时呼吸频率增快、张口呼吸、鼻翼扇动等中毒症状。百草枯的LD50为104．72mg·kg^-1，LD50的95％平均可信限为94．26～116．32mg·kg^-1。结论百草枯属于中等毒性农药。
Objective To measure the half lethal dose （LD50）of paraquat in mice. Methods Totally 60 mice in half genders were randomly divided into 6 groups, each had 10 mice. Feed the mice with different doses of liquor of paraquat and observe the toxic symptom. Then calculate the LD50 of paraquat and its 95 % onfident limit with probability. Results The times of movement of mice reduced after feed paraquat. Before death, the mice had toxicosis symptom of a low respiratory rate, gasping breath and flapping of nosewing, and so on. The LD50 of paraquat was 104.72 mg·kg^-1 and its 95 % confident limit was 94.26-116.32 mg·kg^-1. Conclusion Paraquat is a pesticide with moderate toxicity.
