带鞘和不带鞘侵染期线虫侵染力的比较 被引量:1

COMPARISON OF INFECTIVITY FOR STEINERNEMA CARPOCAPSAE A24 WITH AND WITHOUT J2 CUTICLE

摘要 本文报道了小卷蛾线虫S. carpocapsae A24侵染期带鞘和已脱鞘线虫侵染力的比较测定结果。实验表明:带鞘线虫无论对大蜡螟(Galleria mellonella)幼虫或黄粉虫(Tenebriomolitor)幼虫,其侵染力均显著优于已脱鞘线虫。 The infectivity of S. carpocapsae A24 with J2 cuticle was better than that without J2 cuticle to Galleria mellonella larvae and Tenebrio molitor larvae.
