摘要
目的探讨经导管射频消融治疗心房颤动的临床治疗效果的观察及其护理。方法对32例接受介入治疗房颤患者的护理措施进行分析。结果32例患者消融治疗后,19例根治,7例有效,6例无效。结论充分的术前准备,良好的术中配合、术后监护及康复指导,是保障患者手术顺利,预防或减少并发症的重要条件。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency ablation used for treating auricular fibrillation and the related nursing methods. Methods 32 patients who suffered auricular fibrillation and received radiofrequency ablation were analyzed in nursing eare. Results Among 32 patients, 19 patients were cured, 7 were effective and 6 were ineffective. Conclusions The key points for the operation are good pre--operative care and cooperation during operation, post-operative monitor and rehabilitation guide.
